After transcribing Melvin Wine's version of Bonaparte's Retreat, I remembered that I used to play a different version and set out to recall how I played it. So here it is. I play it with three parts. The third part is what we called the hoochie coochie part back in Alabama, and some fiddlers don't play it. This version is fairly simple, would be a good tune for beginners to work on.
