Ruckus juice refers to a type of moonshine, and chittlins are intestines (usually pig or chicken). I image that would be a potent combination. This is one wild rag! The level of technical difficulty is quite high on this one, with lots of high notes, so I'm not going to bother posting a recording of me embarrassing myself trying to play it. Check out the YouTube of the source recording below. I also didn't spend much time trying to parse out the parts, so this transcription is a whopping four pages.

The transcription on this page is of the fiddling in the source record, and is too difficult to be useful to most old time fiddlers. Therefore, in addition to this transcription, I have also rearranged it in a lower key. My arrangement should be much more playable, and can be found here.
