Field Recording Released on Album Eck Robertson: Famous Cowboy Fiddler (called Unnamed D Tune on the album, download the album here, or just the MP3 of Dry And Dusty at Slippery-Hill)

Dry and Dusty is well known in some parts of the country, but this is my first exposure to the tune.  It's a nice crooked tune, with two extra beats in the B part.  In the recording, Robertson only played it through two times, with slight variations.

Tune to DDAD, with the lowest D an octave below the next D.
