Recording on the album Benny Thomasson: Legendary Texas Fiddler

I normally don’t care for Benny Thomasson’s breakdown fiddling, but his version of Tom And Jerry is a notable exception. There’s all sorts of good stuff in here.

On the second time through, he played the two extra lines in the A part. The B part consists of arpeggiated chords. On the second time through, he varied the A part using a motif from the earlier B part, and then played a high B part variant. The third time through has an extra part, a low variant of the A part, that sounds very bagpipe-y. (The AEA chord on the second, third, and fourth strings sounds just like the drones on my favorite Walsh smallpipe.)
