Moore learned this tune from Oklahoma master fiddler Orville Burns. Burns encouraged Moore to develop the third part of the tune with “some backbow.” There shouldn’t be anything too difficult in this straightforward breakdown, other than some grace notes on lower strings followed by notes on higher strings. These are typical in Texas-style fiddling, and simply require you to quickly drag the bow across the strings.
