Comments:

This is a really nice version of Paddy on the Turnpike from Oklahoma fiddler Gary Lee Moore. He called it Jenny on the Railroad. It seems somewhat understated, almost relaxed, after listening to more frenetic versions of this tune. This relaxed vibe is, I think, one of greatest features of Moore’s fiddling.

Moore plays this tune in three parts with only trivial variation. Some of the double-stops on the B part might prove difficult. You have to hold an A on the third string while playing the melody on the second string. (Eck Robertson commonly used this technique to great effect.) The C part goes up high, as far as a high C#, while droning an A on the second string.
