Comments:

The rag Hot Foot appears to be related to the widespread rag Whistling Rufus. In fact, it consists of the A part of Whistling Rufus, transposed to the key of C and played repeatedly with variations. Moore plays it through six times. The third and fourth times are high variations, while the fifth time uses an E-diminished chord.
