Comments:

West Virginia fiddler Clark Kessinger recorded Durang’s Hornpipe as a three part tune. He introduced the B part the first time through the tune, and the C part the second time through. Only the third and fifth times through the tune featured all three parts. This is a really nice version of Durang’s. There shouldn’t be anything too difficult here; just be careful of the syncopation in the C part. Kessinger played it fairly fast, but I think it sounds a little better at a slower tempo.
