Comments:

Here we have yet another name for the widespread breakdown also known as Buck Creek Gals and Stoney Point, among others. Goforth played it as a three-part tune, but with the A and B parts swapped vis-à-vis how I learned the tune. (I learned it with a minor B part whereas Goforth played the minor part as the A part). His C part is also different from the one I learned. He omitted the C part the last time through the tune, but played a marvelous ending that resolves to an E minor chord. Overall, this is a really nice version. Look out for accidentals. (Note that Goforth played a second tune from the Stoney Point family, Rocky Road to Denver, as a two-part tune with the high minor part as the B part.)
