Comments:

In my opinion, West Virginia fiddler Clark Kessinger really knocked it out of the park with his version of Liza Jane, taking a tune that many might find boring and crafting it into a masterpiece. If you’re looking for a nice, non-trivial, and non-cliché version of Liza Jane to learn, this would be an excellent candidate. Furthermore, there’s nothing too difficult here, but it still sounds great. Kessinger used some vibrato, which is denoted in the transcription by a squiggly line next to the note to be played vibrato.
