Finally, a Benny Thomasson rag that isn’t too difficult! While not an easy tune by any means, Fort Worth Rag is rather more accessible to mere mortal fiddlers than most of Thomasson’s other rags. Just look out for accidentals and be careful of the timing, especially the slow triplets (over quarter notes) in the B part. Thomasson also used some vibrato, which is denoted in the transcription by a squiggly line to the left of notes to be played vibrato.
