Whatever this is, it doesn’t sound like a hornpipe to me at all. In fact, it sounds suspiciously like a derivative of Done Gone. Much of the B part is technically in the key of F# minor (A major’s relative minor), and F# minor is the chord that is played in the B part. Look out for a bowed triplet in the B par the third time through. Kessinger used a little bit of vibrato, which is denoted in the transcription by a squiggly line to the left of notes to be played vibrato. He played this very fast.
